Telecommunications Relay Service Information (711)

This service allows telephone communications between individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or speech disabled using a text telephone (TTY) or other device and anyone using a telephone. Dial 711 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. There is no cost to the Telecommunications Relay Service user. Customers must continue to dial 911 for emergencies.
