We are a non-profit 501 (C)(3) organization which will support the programs, services, and future planning of the E.M. Gilliam Memorial Public Library.
We specifically support, assist, and promote library activities and help fund the Summer Reading Program and other presentations such as the Chautauqua Lectures, quest authors and special speakers, puppet programs and book fairs, etc.
We support, with our volunteers, the City of Wilmer events such as Pioneer Days and other citywide cultural and entertainment events.
Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at the library at 6:00 pm.
