About Open Records Requests
The City Secretary's Office provides information to the public in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act (the “Public Information Act” or the “Act”), Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code. The Act gives the public the right to request access to government information.
How to Seek Information:
Submit a written request (online submittal or in-person) that includes a detailed description about the information requested. Please submit your request via online submission or in person at 128 N. Dallas Ave, during regular business hours.
